What is the area like?

EXCLUSIVE! Only those with the best tastes can buy here. You get to enjoy a slice of the high life at the best rates on the beach. A leisurely stroll will take you all along the promenade which is only five minutes away. You can take the boardwalk all the way south to Old Jaffa and beyond. This walk will keep you in shape. Or just enoy your piece of this beach without all the tourists. You will come back here year after year. There is a sports' center nearby and a pilates center for your enjoyment.

What shall I have for lunch?

Rodenski Cafe is very close for coffee, breakfast or a light lunch. A bread shop is close by and special services from Fromagerie Boutique shop in Bazel. Ask about catering services available for your family or your get together with friends. This very large apartment is waiting for entertaining.

A private chef can be invited by you. Just let us know in advance and he can prepare single meals or dinner parties for you.

Where can I empty my wallet?

There is a very nice mall in Ramat Gimel which offers the old fashioned walking anad shopping experience which has seen gone by days. You can walk along and shop in locally owned shops for shoes, judaica, and Israeli fashions. You could try Razili on the second floor at the far end (near the Mashbir) for designer clothes, there is also a good selection in Pull&Bear, Zara, but there really are plenty of options.  

For a coffee break, try the excellent Arcafé at the east entrance, they have very good pastries and nice sandwiches. Or just pop into Ilan's on the second floor, for one of the best cups of coffee in Tel Aviv.

Let's Get Practical

There are buses in and out of Ramat Aviv to take you south to the tourist beaches in about 15 minutes. There is also a small van service that will take you to Ben Yehuda St next to the beaches. Use busline 27 or 25 or van service 4A. It is 6shekels each way and these buses run all day long into the late evening. This is if you want to leave your exclusive beach area with fewer tourists.

All major bank branches have atms for cash withdrawal in shekels so that you will never run low of funds while shopping. Most places will take all major credit cars but some may require cash to save the fees.

If you wish to stock up find your local grocer and ask about delivery. MOST stores will deliver to your vaacation home in Tel Aviv.
