It is an art and you can have fun while bringing back gifts for your friends and familes. Arts and Entertainment? You can see Yad Vashem Museum. It is a difficult and emotional walk into the past and the present history of Jews and the nation of Israel. It will leave you mistified and awe struck the things we go through as a nation, a people and that human beings can treat each other in such a way and still endure. Let's Get PracticalThere is an Egged bus into the city center of Jerusalem and it runs about every 30 minutes during the day and less at night. It does not run on Friday evening or on Shabbat day. You will need a car if you plan on leaving this city for other sites and travels in the country. Cabs can be called but are not a frequent sight on the street. This is a tzimmer. You can stay here for the whole period and just relax or rent a car and relax here and go see the country.
