Ideal for short term rental in tel aviv What is the area like?This apartment is on a quiet and charming one lane street with old 'Eshel Trees" that enshroud the streets and lanes in this neighborhood with warm sunshine. You can walk along these streets to all parts of the beach area. You are only minutes to the beaches and minutes to the north areas of the old port and Nordau Avenue. You are located next to the Melody Hotel and the Alexander Suites Hotel. What shall I have for lunch?Don't limit yourself to my suggestions because there are so many choices. You can pick a different place along the way every day or bring something back to the apartment. At the corner of Nordau Avenue you will find an old kiosk that has been transformed into an Elite Coffee shop. Many Tel Avivians stop here daily to sit and relax in the park along this beautiful tree lined street. Aroma Cafe is an Israeli chain and has changed the coffee arena forever in Israel. There is even the first store now open in New York. Try coffee choices, fresh baked pastries or full meals for breakfast, lunch or dinner. For dinner a must in this neighborhood and just next door is " Karnaf Steaks." This is basically our answer to the tapas scene. You can order great thin sliced grilled meats here and relax with a choice from our Israeli wines. The market is wide open for our great selections from the mountains of the north.
Where can I empty my wallet?The new Tel Aviv Port has great Israeli one of a kind stores. You can walk along the world's largest wooden dock and shop without all the mall traffic. You can buy everything here from shoes, jeans and judaica items. A short cab ride to the Dizengoff Center will bring you to a very large mall with over 100 shops. The Israeli fashion trends are decided by what is bought here in the heart of Tel Aviv. Plan on being here for a while and enjoy the sites. Arts and Entertainment?Just north of you is the Sportek with its jogging track and sports fields. You can also go to the HayArkon River and rent a boat or just relax under a tree with a glass of wine or picnic lunch. Let's Get PracticalCabs and buses are along every street and are easy and cheap. ATMs are in English and you can get shekels at the most recent exchange rate. AM/PM is a 24 hour grocer and will deliver your order to stock up for your lay in. Bus route number 5 runs along Allenby Street and all the way to the central bus station where you can catch Egged buses to all points in Israel.
