Fully equipped, brand new, amazing 3-floors decorated holiday apartment in tel aviv with a big balcony and a great sea-view roof.
The vacation rental in tel aviv is located in the 4th (and last) floor of the building, with an elevator followed by one short staircase that leads to the almost unused apartment.
In the entrance space you will find the first bedroom, air-conditioned, equipped with a comfortable couch that can be opened to a big bed (suitable for one grown-up or two kids). In this room you will also find a big screen flat TV with cables, a spacious wall-closet, a computer, a desk and a reading lamp.
Next to the bedroom there is the first bathroom unit with a stylish walk-in shower, a sink and a toilet - all brand new.
Going up the stairs to the second, and main, floor you will see the fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, microwave, dish washer, small toaster oven, cookware and cutlery.
The fully air-conditioned master bedroom in this floor is also equipped with a big screen flat TV with cables, DVD, a surround sound system and WiFi connection. The bed itself is an electric, adjustable, luxurious 2*80*200 bed.
The shower is right next to the bed and is divided by a glass wall.
The toilet is separated and is located next to the stairs and kitchen.
In this floor you will also find a sitting area and a small dining table.
The big glass door leads you to a spacious balcony with a view of the Mediterranean and the famous Tel-Aviv port.
The balcony offers a big wooden dining table (sits 12), a relaxing sitting area with comfy couches and a table.
The TV screen can be turned towards the bed, the sitting area or the balcony.
From the balcony you can go up the stairs to the 3rd floor - the rooftop. There you will find a big parasol, 2 beach chairs and even more views of the sea and the city's rooftops.

What is the area like?

The apartment is comfortably situated in the north-west neighborhood of Tel-Aviv, only 5 minutes away by foot from Tel-Aviv's beautiful northern beaches and the famous Tel Aviv port.
The neighborhood surrounding the building is a cool, vibrant, young one with ample restaurants, bars, clubs, coffee shops and shopping boutiques. If you wish to travel to the city center - the bus stop and taxi station is just around the corner (5-15 minutes of driving to other city attractions).
The famous renovated Tel Aviv port is also just 5 minutes of pleasant walking away, offering a great, and long, promenade that will lead you to the great shops, restaurants, bars, and views of the sea. The port also features a highly recommended farmers market every day.
Last but not least, one of Tel-Aviv's best parks is also just 5-10 minutes of driving or biking away.
