What's in it?

Opened for Summer 2009 "Younger Choice" is a complex of 12 apartments offering all the comforts combined at an affordble price.

This two bedroom apartment includes a double bed and private bathroom and a living room with bathroom and sofa bed which can be opened to a double bed.The private  fully furnished Garden Patio with a garden bench. The kitchen for a light breakfast and snacks and appetizers.

All furniture, facilities, accessories are just new out of the boxes. One of the best value for money. A baby crib can be supplied upon request. The complex is equipped with an additional service room with washing and drying facilities.

 

 

What is the area like?

The beach is so close you can smell the sea breezes. You can walk to Gordon, Frishman and Bograshov beaches. The Tel Aviv marina is a short walk along the promenade. This newly constructed boardwalk is the center of Tel Aviv's nightlife. You can walk north to the Tel Aviv port with all its new shops and restaurants or walk south to the ancient port of Old Jaffa with its cafes, bazaars and its history which includes the spot where Jonah was swallowed by the whale. 

What shall I have for lunch?

Along the promenade there are many choices for casual or fine dining depending on your mood. Gordon's is at the beginning of the marina and includes sandwiches, seafood and meat choices. It has a good view of the sea. Walking further south will bring you to Tzal HaYam with its great selection of middle easterm salads and home made breads. You can also find the best American style buger on the menu here.

Where can I empty my wallet?

There are many locally owned shops all along the avenues here between the beaches and your apartment. If you want more dedicated  stores a walk along the beautiful tree lined streets of Dizengoff will bring you to the Dizengoff Center which has hundreds of shops and will keep you busy inside for hours. Israeli fashion is designed around beach, sun and fun so make sure to check out local favorites such as, TNT, Castro and H and O.

Arts and Entertainment?

The Tel Aviv Museum of Modern Art has the largest collection of Israeli artists as well as a large collection of international artists including, sculptors, painters and other mediums. It is located on Shmuel Hamelek Street.

Get on the promenade and go south. You will see the ancient port in the distance and you will know you are going the right way. It is a nice walk along the water's edge. You wil lfind the artist's colony nestled in amongst the side streets of this ancient port city. Many local artisans craft their own deisigns here and you can take them away or have them shipped back home.

Let's Get Practical

Local banks with access to your international accounts are available at every corner as well as change kiosks. You can look around to deecide which will offer the best trade for that day. Sometimes the kiosks have no fees. Buses and taxis are easy and cheap and can be found on each street. Ask to make sure you are going in the right direction. AM/PM are grocers and are opened 24 hours a day. You can have large orders delivered for a small fee.
