What's in it?

It is a perfect location to work out your hang-over as the bed is realy comfortable and not so distant from the entrance...The tasteful bright interior will help you catch some great afternoon naps when your skin is struggling with the insane amounts of UV radiation (falling a sleep on the beach has its consequences...).

What is the area like?

This is Ben Yehuda and Hayarkon Street. It is 5 minutes to the beach and the area comes alive at night with choices for clubs and restaurants on the beach or on anyone of these streets.

 

What shall I have for lunch?

Try Mike's Place on the beach next to the KFC. It has great American music and big screen TVs with sports on every night of the week. Many of the beach side cafes are open late in the night where you can grab a beer or smoke a nargilah on the beach.

Where can I empty my wallet?

Sheinkin Street is the home for artists, designers, contemporary styles and trends . Plenty of unique shops, beautiful cafes and finest restaurants. Nahalat Binyamin Street is exciting during the daytime turns to pedestrian-only street and artist's market. There you can find anything from paintings, hand crafts, street shows and much more. Dizengoff Centre offers great shopping mall with unique architecture that has anything you could think of. Allenby St and its surrounding streets are the core of best nightlife in Tel Aviv. You'll find there the best places to go out in any style you can imagine from trendy and chic - to alternative and fringe.

Arts and Entertainment?

Eretz Israel Museum This museum focuses on the history and culture of the land and has exhibits in archaeology, folklore and traditional arts and crafts. You can learn for example how wine, oil and flour were manufactured traditionally. In the center of the museum complex rises Tell Qasile, one of the most fascinating and important archaeological sites in the Tel Aviv area. Two pottery shards from the First Temple period with Hebrew inscriptions were discovered on the hill.

Let's Get Practical

Buses and cabs are easy to find and a cheap way t o get around the city. You can walk to the beaches from this apartment to the boardwalk that connects all of the beach front areas. ATMs are easy to find at most bank branches and will give you shekels at the most recent rate of exchange. Car rentals are located on HaYarkon near the Isrotel Hotel. You can also pick up the car at the Ben Gurion Airport.
