What's in it?This apartment has all the amenities you will need in Tel Aviv. It is clean and comfortable and offers you a taste of Israeli lifestyle with its casual decor. What is the area like?This apartment is located on the north beach near the Hilton Hotel, Tel Aviv marina and the new seaside pool facility. The walk along the promenade is great at sunset. You can walk all the way to Old Jaffa and enjoy the people on the promenade which is the hub of Israeli beach nightlife. Joggers, walkers and people gazers abound here. What shall I have for lunch?Try the Hilton restaurants for a treat. The King Solomon restaurant offers great Mediterraneean cuisine while Yakimono Sushi Bar has the latest Japanese sushi offerings. You can walk along the promenade to Tzal HaYam which offers Mediterranean style lunches and dinners. The best American style hamburger is offered on the menu here, too. For a special treat try the Mediterranean salads and fresh breads. Where can I empty my wallet?For a real idea of what Israelis like to do; the Azrieli Mall has all the well known fashion stores. Check out the latest fashions as seen on the streets and beaches. There is Castro, TNT and Fox just to name a few. The Dizengoff center is a longer walk from the apartment but offers tree lined streets and cafes along the way. While walking through this beautiful neighborhood find your way to Israel's daily bazaar, called Shuk HaCarmel. Its open market stalls will invite you with local breads, pastries, and selections of souvenirs to take back home. You can also stock your fridge here with exotic delicacies from around the world. A walk to Old Jaffa will take you to another shuk where you can find everything from nargilahs to magic carpets. There is also a large selection of antique stores to browse in Old Jaffa. Arts and Entertainment?The Eretz Yisrael Museum is a cab ride away or easily reached by a short walk through the newest and upcoming neighborhood in Tel Aviv. There is an active archaeological dig on the site and artifacts from King Solomon's Mines at Timna. Learn some history from the country that has affected all other cultures in the world. The Sportek is also near the museum and has sports fields, jogging tracks and the HaYarkon Park is across the street. The park has a river and many places to sit and enjoy the views or try a picnic. Let's Get PracticalIn the neighborhood you are close to ATMs, cash exchange kiosks, cabs are on all streets 24/7 and buses around town are fun and inexpensive.
