What is the area like?

Dizengoff Street is the nexus of this Tel Aviv neighborhood. You can walk along the streets and feel very comfortable in the day or night. It is said Tel Avivians wake up only after midnight and a walk down this street will be proof of that saying. You will see shoppers, walkers and other tourists along the way to the beach promenade or the Dizengoff Center. No matter where you decide to go; GET out and walk. You will thank me for it.

What shall I have for lunch?

 On Fridays in the Dizengoff Mall you can buy traditional Jewish and Israeli foods , home made and ready to take home to your apartment. Pizza hut is next door to the building and there is no shortage of local corner cafes and coffee shops in the Dizengoff area.

Where can I empty my wallet?

 The Dizengoff Mall has all the high street stores found in Israel such as; Castro and "Hamashbir" department store . Head down Bograshov Street for some trendy vintage style clothing shops and some of the souvenir shops around Ben Yehuda Street are a short walk away. North Dizengoff Street has some up market designer clothing stores.

Ben Gurion House on Ben Gurion Boulevard is worth visiting, and you can take a free English tour of old Tel Aviv on a Saturday morning from Rothschild Boulevard.
