Daniel Street Panoramic View Of The Sea

Description

Amenities

a very modern new building between Carmel Market and the beach panoramic view of Old Jaffa and the sea

What's in it?

This is a very modern design in a large floor plan on two floors. The second floor has a master suite with a terrace overlooking the beach and the surf and surfers at Drum Beach just in front of you. It is perfect for two families or one large family up to six people. The view from the windows and the balcony look directly to the old sea port of Jaffa and to the Mediterranean Sea. The well equipped kitchen means you can cook in if you want to or just bring take away back to sit and relax on your balcony while watching the sunset over the horizon.

What is the area like?

The streets Allenby and Eilat form a triangle with the beach that includes the old neighborhood of Neve Tzedek and the Shuk HaCarmel bazaar. Within this triangle you can find a bus station that will get you in and out of the city very easily. A fifteen minute walk will bring you directly to the promenade and Gordon and Frishman beaches.  A stroll through the old neighborhood of Neve Tzedek will showcase the old architecture of the first neighborhood built outside the walls of the old city of Jaffa.

What shall I have for lunch?

Located not far from Daniel Street is the Old Montefiore Hotel which has been remodeled and refurnished. On the main floor, Hotel Montefiore's restaurant serves brasserie cuisine under a pacific rim spell. A hip restaurant is the new addition to the city's dining life, joining the owners' "CoffeeBar", "M&R Brasserie" and the "Bakery" - simply, few of the best and coolest eating places in Tel Aviv. The restaurant at this boutique hotel keeps the tradition of serving wonderful food in an impeccable atmosphere

Where can I empty my wallet?

You can choose the level of shopping you want since you are equadistance to each area of shopping in Tel Aviv.

Sheinkin Avenue~ great fun and funky local shops and artisans with one of a kind shops. HaAri offers selections for kabbalistic judaica items while krembo offers fun T shirts for souvenirs.

Shuk HaCarmel~ the daily life for Israelis, in that we buy food, fruits, veggies, flowers, pastries, breads and more here each day. You can walk through and find;shoes, clothes, rugs and much more here with every expectation to haggle for the best prices.

Dizengoff Center~ a great walk along some unique avenues that look so European in style with the tree lined streets and turn of the century architecture. There are hundreds of shops in the mall and you can spend all day here looking for the latest in Israeli fashions for the beach and street wear.

Arts and Entertainment?

The Tel Aviv Diaspora Museum

This museum, known as Beit Hatefutsot, uniquely tells the story of the Jewish people from the time they were expelled from their homeland and over 2500 years of exile. The museum's special presentations and reconstruction interestingly document the history and tradition of Jewish life in different parts of the world, showing the impressive heritage of these communities, which enabled the continuity of the Jewish people throughout the years of expulsion.

The museum is open Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 10am to 4pm, Wednesday from 10am to 6pm, and Friday from 9am to 1pm. Getting there is by bus No 24, 25 and 27 to Tel-Aviv University campus at Ramat Aviv (the northern neighborhood of Tel-Aviv), entrance is through Campus Gate No 2 (Matatia Gate).

Let's Get Practical

Cabs and buses will get you around the city very easily. You can ask for information at the central bus station to get you around the country. If you want to rent a car you can pick up at many places around the city or at the airport. ATMs will be in English and most places will take all international currencies and give you change back in shekels.
