What is the area like?

You are five minutes away to Rabin Square. This beautiful exclusive neighborhood is very inviting and needs to be walked. If you take the easy way to the beach by cab it is only ten minutes away to the beaches. If you start walking you can spend the time to enjoy the amazing views in the streets. Many tourists and locals find their way around Tel Aviv by foot. You are in the heart of the city very near to everything but with a very quiet location. 

What shall I have for lunch?

Once in the area for shopping on Sheinkin, Dizengoff and Allenby Streets find Montifiore Street on your way back and stop of at the newly remodeled Montifiore Hotel which has an incredible boutique styled restaurant on the first floor. there are great choices for lunch specials with sandwiches, pasta and fresh fish and soups.

Where can I empty my wallet?

A walk along Hamelech George Street will take you directly to the Dizengoff Center which is the largest mall in Tel Aviv. It has many local brands to choose from and some very nice cafes for a quick cup of coffee while you rest your weary feet. Make a day of it and walk further along to Sheinkin Street where the shops are a cross between Haight Ashbury and Paris haute coture. Unique finds here that you cannot see anywhere else by local artisans. the Carmel shuk(bazaar) is across Allenby Street and is a fun and unique look at local Israeli shopping at local stalls. You can find eeverything here from food to carpets. Use your haggling skills here and get great discounts.

Arts and Entertainment?

A day trip which includes taking a quick cab ride to the train station Arlozoarov will be a nice option to arrive in Jerusalem or any destination north to Rosh Hanikra or south to Ashkelon. the train ride to jerusalem is fun and you will see great scenery along the way once you start to arrive nearer to the city. You can visit the Jerusalem Zoo at the end or take the day to venture around this ancient city that is home to three world religions.

Let's Get Practical

You can rent scooters on Hamelech George and Dizengoff Streets. Watch out for the othe drivers. Car rental companies have offices in the neighborhood but you can also arrange to pick up at the airport. Tel Aviv is a major city and has major parking at a price. Driving is still a better and cheaper option for you since you will be getting out to see the sites which are only an hour and half to almost any site. Tiberias, Sea of Galilee, the Golan Heights and even Jerusalem are so close by.
