What is the area like?

This is one of those apartment young people in Tel Aviv are looking for. When they finally do find it, they would post on Facebook a few enviable photos of them having a watermelon and beer on their enviable balcony...

The great thing about this home is that everything is just in place. The living room is overlooking the balcony and together with the additional window, will get a good air circulation. The sleeping corner is open to the living room yet remain intimate. The balcony would probably be the focal point of the house during the hot summer nights of Tel Aviv. The quiet street will enable you to keep its windows wide open so you get a light breeze.

Comes with the house is a collection of CD's in the living room and spices in the kitchen. On Friday morning you can take the bus number 25 straight to the HaCarmel market and get fresh vegetables and fish - straight from the fisherman.

The apartment is kept clean and in a good maintenance. The details are mostly original, these give the apartment a unique and straight-forward Israeli touch that is becoming rare already. Personally, we miss some of those details in the newly built homes.
