What's in it?
This 3 roomed apartment is one of Tel Aviv's original gems - vintage style loft living on a high floor, with bright breezy rooms and views all round. The owner is a rising rock star, who, when not on tour, has settled down into a vintage retro style home, complete with shaggy rugs, funky guitars, 50's style furniture which is complemented by modern pieces. In this apartment you will find eclectic collectables, music books, rubber ducks for the bath and other unique items selected by the owner.
The bedroom has a large queen size bed, and 2 additional guests can sleep in the living room on a sleeper couch. There is an overhead shower in the bathroom. The open plan kitchen and living area flows through to an enclosed sun porch, giving the apartment light, air and great views of the surroundings.
What is the area like?
Borochov Street is located near to Dizengoff and King George Streets in Central Tel Aviv, close to the Meir Park,Dizengoff Mall, trendy Sheinken Street and the Carmel Market.The building is small with just a few apartments, and is a quiet and secluded street in the heart of the city. A perfect location for a young couple who want everything in close walking distance.
What shall I have for lunch?
Close by you will find small cafes and bars such as Armadillo, Gootcha Seafood and Cafe Noach. Local supermarkets and kiosks are all in walking distance from the apartment.
Where can I empty my wallet?
Dizengoff Shopping Centre has all the well known brands, department stores, or a walk down King George street will bring you to the Carmel market for haggling and bargaining, and fresh fruit and vegetables. Nahalat Benyamin hosts local crafts artists near the Carmel market twice weekly. Sheniken Street is full of upcoming designers, boutiques and speciality stores.

In the Dizengoff Centre you will find cinemas. Nearby on Bialik Street, there is a local history museum and a Bauhaus museum. There are local art galleries and book stores too.

King George Street and Dizengoff Street service all the major bus lines , and is a 5 minute walk from the apartment. Also on King George and Dizengoff you can find laundromats, ATM machines with English service , local supermarkets who will deliver to your door. There is a Parkade at the Dizengoff Centre if you have a rental car.
