What's in it?
The judges may not occupy their chambers any longer at this address, but as a guest here you have the priviledge of staying in one of Tel Aviv's preserved , historic buildings. This is the original, 100 year old courthouse, built in the typical Bauhaus and international style, and now recently restored to its former glory, with details like the wooden shutters being preserved to reflect the style of the last century. The building interior is modern, completely new, and renovation was completed in May 2009.The apartment has a living and kitchen area, a master bedroom and bathroom.
What is the area like?
The area around Yehuda Halevi Street is a 10 minutes walk to the beachfront and well located near to the Suzanne Dallal Gardens and local children's playpark. Neve Tzedek has pleasant and charming buildings, quiet streets, galleries and cafes, and is a very sought -after residential area in Tel Aviv. There is no shortage of places to eat in this area- on Lilenblum Street you will find a kosher restaurant, the Buddha Burger offers organic and vegetarian food,Anina Cafe has great breakfasts, and in Neve Tzedek ,Suzanna offers an outdoor terrace under an old fig tree, or a summer roof garden with views of old and new Tel Aviv. Where can I empty my wallet?
On nearby Shabazi Street in Neve Tsedek you will find unique home stores, jewellery shops, clothing boutiques and some local antiques on sale.
