What is the area like?

You are near Nachlat Binyamin and the Carmel Market and the old Neve Tzedek neighborhood. The Yeminite Quarter is nearby with great old city atmosphere and food. The beaches can be seen from your balconies and you are fifteen minutes to the beach, the promenade and Old Jaffa.

What shall I have for lunch?

This is the trendy part of Tel Aviv. You are close to Sheinkin Avenue and Nachlat Biyamin for quick simple places in the Carmel Bazaar for lunch and a quick coffee. you can walk along Sheinkin to Orna and Ella; Frommers says, "The most famous of the cafe/restaurants on Sheinkin Street, Orna and Ella offers a homey sense of intimacy and perhaps reminds yuppies from North Tel Aviv of their grandparents' British Mandate-era apartments.
